环境责任2025年，iDev通过绿色办公计划和数据中心能效优化，实现碳排放同比减少28%。公司所有办公场所已100%使用可再生能源，数据中心PUE值降至1.15。社区投入全年社区公益投入超过200万马币，重点投向编程教育、数字素养培训和科技扶贫三大领域。累计惠及超过1.2万名青少年和3000名中小企业主。员工关怀公司为员工提供免费心理健康咨询服务，员工志愿服务总时长超过8000小时。员工满意度调查显示整体满意度达到89%。
Environmental ResponsibilityIn 2025, iDev achieved a 28% year-over-year reduction in carbon emissions through green office initiatives and data center energy efficiency optimization. All office locations now use 100% renewable energy, with data center PUE reduced to 1.15.Community InvestmentAnnual community investment exceeded RM 2 million, focusing on coding education, digital literacy training, and tech-enabled poverty alleviation. The programs benefited over 12,000 youth and 3,000 SME owners.Employee WellbeingThe company provides free mental health counseling services for employees, with total volunteer service hours exceeding 8,000. The employee satisfaction survey showed an overall satisfaction rate of 89%.
