Absolutely. Most of our clients are non-technical. Just tell us what you want the end result to look like — we handle all the technical details.

How much does it cost to hire iDev?

We quote individually based on project scope and complexity. Initial consultation is completely free — we give you a clear quote after understanding your needs. No fit, no charge.

How big is the iDev team?

A few core members, each capable of delivering full-stack independently. We flexibly assign people based on project scale and can run multiple projects simultaneously.

What happens after project delivery?

We provide complete code and documentation at handover. For ongoing feature development or maintenance, we offer monthly or per-project arrangements. Most clients choose long-term collaboration.

What if I'm not satisfied with the project midway?

We confirm with you at every stage before moving forward. If the direction is off, we adjust immediately. If it truly can't continue, completed work is settled normally and all code is yours.

我完全不懂技术，能合作吗？

项目做完以后怎么维护？

交付时会提供完整的代码和文档。后续如果需要功能迭代或维护，可以按月或按次合作。大部分客户选择了长期合作。

做到一半不满意怎么办？

每个阶段交付前都会和你确认。如果方向不对，我们及时调整。如果实在无法继续，已完成的部分正常结算，代码归你。

成立背景随着AI技术的快速发展，技术人才的持续学习需求日益迫切。iDev企业大学的成立旨在构建内部知识传承体系，同时向客户开放培训资源，帮助整个行业提升AI应用能力。课程体系企业大学提供三大课程方向：AI工程师认证课程（涵盖大模型应用、Prompt Engineering、AI Agent开发）、云架构师认证课程（云原生、K8s、微服务架构）、以及技术管理者课程（技术战略、团队管理、产品思维）。所有课程由iDev资深技术专家和外部学术顾问联合设计。开放计划首期面向iDev全体员工免费开放。2026年Q4起，将向iDev的企业客户和合作伙伴开放付费课程。计划在2027年推出面向公众的在线学习平台。

BackgroundWith rapid AI technology evolution, the need for continuous learning among tech professionals is increasingly urgent. iDev Corporate University aims to build an internal knowledge transfer system while opening training resources to clients, helping the entire industry improve AI application capabilities.CurriculumThe university offers three program tracks: AI Engineer Certification (covering LLM applications, Prompt Engineering, AI Agent development), Cloud Architect Certification (cloud-native, K8s, microservices architecture), and Technology Leadership (tech strategy, team management, product thinking). All courses are co-designed by iDev senior technical experts and external academic advisors.Open Access PlanInitially free for all iDev employees. Starting Q4 2026, paid courses will be available to iDev's enterprise clients and partners. A public-facing online learning platform is planned for 2027.
