iDev与马来西亚理科大学（USM）联合建立AI伦理研究中心，聚焦AI公平性和可解释性研究。
iDev and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) jointly establish an AI Ethics Research Center focusing on AI fairness and explainability.
合作背景AI系统的公平性、透明度和可解释性已成为全球关注的核心议题。iDev与USM合作成立AI伦理研究中心，将学术研究与产业实践相结合，推动负责任AI的发展。研究方向中心设立三个研究组：AI偏见检测与消除（开发自动化工具检测模型中的人群偏见）、AI可解释性（让AI决策过程对用户透明可理解）、以及AI治理框架（为东南亚地区制定AI使用的伦理指南）。首年研究预算为200万马币，由iDev和马来西亚教育部联合资助。成果应用研究成果将直接应用于iDev的SecureAI平台，增强其偏见检测和可解释性分析能力。中心还将定期举办学术研讨会和公众讲座，提升社会对AI伦理的认知。
BackgroundFairness, transparency, and explainability of AI systems have become globally critical issues. The AI Ethics Research Center co-founded by iDev and USM combines academic research with industry practice to advance responsible AI development.Research FocusThe center establishes three research groups: AI Bias Detection and Mitigation (developing automated tools to detect population bias in models), AI Explainability (making AI decision processes transparent and understandable to users), and AI Governance Framework (developing ethical guidelines for AI use in Southeast Asia). First-year research budget is RM 2 million, jointly funded by iDev and Malaysia's Ministry of Education.Applied OutcomesResearch outputs will be directly integrated into iDev's SecureAI platform, enhancing bias detection and explainability analysis capabilities. The center will also regularly host academic seminars and public lectures to raise societal awareness of AI ethics.
