川骏软件成立十周年之际，公司隆重举办员工庆典活动，为28位服务满五年以上的员工颁发长期服务奖，感谢他们的坚守与付出。

十年征程，感恩同行2026年8月20日晚，川骏软件在深圳举行了盛大的十周年员工庆典暨长期服务奖颁奖典礼。全体员工及家属近400人参加了此次活动，共同庆祝公司成立十周年的重要里程碑。长期服务奖典礼上，公司为28位服务满五年以上的员工颁发了长期服务奖：10年钻石奖（3人）：自公司创立之初便加入的元老员工，每人获得定制钻石纪念章和额外一个月带薪假期7年铂金奖（8人）：陪伴公司度过关键成长期的核心骨干5年黄金奖（17人）：在各自岗位上持续贡献的优秀员工回顾与展望创始人在致辞中回顾了公司从5人创业团队成长为300多人规模企业的历程。十年间，公司服务了超过500家企业客户，交付了上千个项目。面向未来十年，公司提出了「全球化、智能化、平台化」的三大战略方向。温馨时刻庆典还设置了家庭互动环节，员工的孩子们在舞台上为父母献上了手工制作的感谢卡。这一温馨时刻让在场的许多人感动落泪，也体现了川骏软件以人为本的企业理念。

Nearly 400 people including all employees and their families attended the event to celebrate this important milestone of the company's founding.Long-Service AwardsDuring the ceremony, the company presented long-service awards to 28 employees with over five years of tenure:10-Year Diamond Award (3 recipients): Pioneer employees who joined since the company's inception, each receiving a custom diamond commemorative medal and an additional month of paid leave7-Year Platinum Award (8 recipients): Core team members who accompanied the company through key growth phases5-Year Gold Award (17 recipients): Outstanding employees who have continuously contributed in their respective rolesRetrospective and VisionIn the founder's address, the journey from a 5-person startup team to an enterprise of over 300 people was reviewed. Over the past decade, the company has served more than 500 enterprise clients and delivered thousands of projects.
