助力菲律宾数字化转型2026 年 9 月 22 日，iDev 与菲律宾信息和通信技术部（DICT）在马尼拉正式签署战略合作谅解备忘录（MOU）。这标志着 iDev 在东南亚政府数字化市场的又一重大突破。合作内容此次 MOU 覆盖三大核心领域：电子政务平台：为菲律宾 81 个省级行政单位建设统一的在线政务服务门户，整合超过 200 项公共服务流程国家数字身份系统：基于 PhilSys（菲律宾身份系统）扩展，增加生物特征认证和移动端数字身份钱包功能智慧教育：为菲律宾教育部提供在线学习管理系统，覆盖全国 47,000 所公立学校实施计划项目计划分五年实施，iDev 将组建一支 40 人的本地化实施团队，并在马尼拉设立项目交付中心。首期项目预计于 2027 年第一季度在马尼拉大都会区启动试点。经济影响据菲律宾 DICT 估算，此次数字化转型项目的全面实施预计将为菲律宾每年节省约 8 亿比索（约 1400 万美元）的行政运营成本，并显著提升公共服务效率。菲律宾 DICT 部长在签约仪式上表示：“iDev 在东南亚地区的成功案例和技术实力给我们留下了深刻印象。我们相信这次合作将加速菲律宾的数字化进程，让更多菲律宾人民享受到数字技术带来的便利。”
Supporting Philippine Digital TransformationOn September 22, 2026, iDev officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Philippine Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in Manila. This marks another significant breakthrough for iDev in the Southeast Asian government digitization market.Cooperation ScopeThe MOU covers three core areas:E-government platform: Building a unified online government service portal for 81 provincial administrative units in the Philippines, integrating over 200 public service processesNational digital identity system: Extending PhilSys (Philippine Identification System) with biometric authentication and mobile digital identity wallet capabilitiesSmart education: Providing an online learning management system for the Philippine Department of Education, covering 47,000 public schools nationwideImplementation PlanThe project is planned for a five-year implementation. iDev will assemble a 40-person localized implementation team and establish a project delivery center in Manila. The first phase is expected to launch a pilot in Metro Manila in Q1 2027.Economic ImpactAccording to DICT estimates, full implementation of this digital transformation project is expected to save the Philippines approximately 800 million pesos (about $14 million) annually in administrative operating costs while significantly improving public service efficiency.The DICT Secretary stated at the signing ceremony: 'iDev's successful track record and technical capabilities in Southeast Asia have left a deep impression on us.
