千人团队：iDev 人才战略的新高度2026 年 9 月 18 日，iDev 宣布公司全球员工总数正式突破 1000 人大关。从三年前的 50 人创始团队到如今横跨 9 个国家、12 座城市的千人规模，这一里程碑标志着 iDev 进入高速规模化扩张的新阶段。团队分布亚太区：新加坡（总部 280 人）、深圳（150 人）、东京（80 人）、胡志明市（60 人）、孟买（55 人）、曼谷（45 人）中东非洲：利雅得（40 人）、拉各斯（30 人）欧洲：华沙（40 人，新设）远程工程师：全球分布约 220 人人才结构工程技术人员占比 65%，产品与设计占比 12%，销售与客户成功占比 15%，行政与运营占比 8%。团队成员来自 28 个不同国籍，公司内部沟通语言为英文，同时支持中文、日语与越南语工作环境。企业文化iDev 首席人力资源官表示：「我们的快速增长得益于'远程优先，本地连接'的混合办公文化。每位新员工入职前三个月会获得一位跨区域导师，确保文化融入与知识传承。今年员工满意度调查得分达到 4.6/5.0，离职率仅为行业平均水平的一半。」公司预计 2027 年底团队规模将达到 1500 人，重点扩充欧洲与中东市场的商务团队。
